Today, the Quezon City Council received the 1st ever Hall of Fame award in the Local Legislative Awards (LLA) for consistently being recognized as the top performing Sangguniang Panglungsod in the Philippines.
All glory to God for His guidance and wisdom.
This recognition belongs to the hardworking council, our dedicated public servants, and the people of Quezon City whom we are honored to serve.

A HISTORIC FIRST FOR QUEZON CITY!
Congratulations to Mayor Joy Belmonte and Vice Mayor Gian Sotto for leading the 20th, 21st, 22nd, and 23rd Quezon City Councils to this remarkable achievement.
Through consistent excellence in legislation and governance, the Quezon City Council was recognized as the #1 Highly Urbanized Sangguniang Panlungsod in the Philippines in the Local Legislative Awards (LLA) for three consecutive assessment periods ... 2015, 2018, and 2022.
Because of this outstanding record, the Quezon City Council received the prestigious HALL OF FAME AWARD in the Local Legislative Awards, becoming the FIRST local legislative body in the country to receive this recognition from the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and the Philippine Councilors League (PCL).
